Build Grow Live – in Torquay

Sunday 25 October 2015 from 10am to 5pm

At the Surf Coast, ‘Build Grow Live in Torquay’ presents three open homes showcasing sustainability on a budget, retrofitting to passivehaus standard and merging of building with landscape.

There will also be a chance to tour the Civic Precinct and a free range egg farm, and stalls at the Danawa Community Garden including builders, architects, renewable technology specialists and local food producers. Exciting presentations/workshops by local food producers and bush cubby building for the kids. Wood fired pizza and music will complete the afternoon’s entertainment.
