A bigger-than-usual alliance of organisations and climate activist NGOs is aspiring to change human history, nothing less. And we are all invited to be part of it. Read on to find out how you can contribute to the global COUNTDOWN.
We’re mobilising. In Australia, there are council elections approaching. That (for us who live in Australia) is a window of opportunity to
1) change the story in our community, and
2) restore our broken democracy where Big Money so far has been making all the decisions for us, while we, the community, have been left in the dark.

We are looking for candidates who will run in local council elections in Australia (and in my case, closer to home: in Geelong) – in particular people in their 20s and 30s, and women, and we are looking for supporters who will help with letterboxing and putting up posters, etc, as well as seniors and investors who feel like contributing to this financially – anonymously or shouted out from the rooftops, your choice.

We know now that the climate emergency will not be solved by our current leaders – we need to start changing the story from bottom up, and there’s never been a better time to do that than RIGHT NOW.

The truth is that our elected leaders have been betraying us for decades, blinded as they are by political donations, money under the table, and lobbying from vested interests in various industries that wouldn’t be viable if they had to pay for the pollution and destruction they are responsible for. All well documented by now.
If you are a parent in particular, I’d say this is a revolution worth getting involved in. And the good news is that you – we – are not alone. This uprise is happening right now all over the planet.
